Thank you for choosing Amanah Homes. We take pride in providing high-quality mobile app development and real estate investment-related digital services. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures in case of dissatisfaction.
1. Digital Services – No Standard Returns
Due to the nature of our services — including custom mobile app development and digital consultancy — all sales are considered final once development work has commenced or deliverables have been submitted.
Under UK law, digital content and services are exempt from the standard 14-day “cooling-off” period once delivery has started with your consent.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:
- The service has not yet begun and no work or resources have been allocated.
- You have not received any deliverables and notify us within 3 calendar days of purchase.
- There is a proven technical failure on our part, preventing service delivery as contractually agreed.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your order number and a clear explanation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Failure to provide necessary information or approvals causing project delays
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed deliverables are met
- Services already rendered partially or fully
- Third-party costs already incurred (e.g. hosting, app store fees, licenses)
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
All refunds will be made in GBP (£), and Amanah Homes is not responsible for currency conversion differences.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in law or our service structure. We encourage clients to review it periodically.
